High quality guarantee thanks to new freezing method

Due to high product quality, the use of dry ice is perfect for freezing food. Since July 2008, Mekkafood has used the excellent properties of dry ice to make frozen food long-lasting and to “keep“ the high quality requirements in the truest sense of the word.

Besides quick cooling with dry ice, shock freezing, decreased ice build-up is also a big advantage.
