Mekkafood offers “stored freshness“
Over the years, InterCool has developed into one of the principal European trade fairs for frozen foods. In 2008 it takes place from 28 September to 01 October in Düsseldorf. Mekkafood, of course, will be there – in central Hall 6 at booth C61.
The share of the market for frozen foods and “Stored Freshness“ along with it keeps growing. Quick to prepare, always available, healthy and varied: Frozen food precisely meets the demands of the modern consumer. Mekkafood has been meeting these consumer demands for over 15 years with diverse frozen foods in over 30 different varieties.
Also in 2008 at InterCool, the manufacturer of 100% Halal products presents more new and interesting delicacies. Mini meat rolls, for example. Made from tender chicken and savoury beef, the mini meat rolls are an aromatic, spicy treat – whether as finger food or as part of a complete meal. The mini meat rolls follow the trend of healthy food as they offer 100% Halal meat and as small servings are quick and economical to prepare.
Mekkafood also has new meatballs for those who want chicken only. After easy preparation in the frying pan or deep fryer, they satisfy small hungers, or with some side dishes, big appetites as well. Children will enjoy the lightly seasoned meatballs, and they are easy to portion and quick to prepare.
As an international trade fair, InterCool always looks for innovation. Mekkafood offers it. This year the organizer expects around 36,000 visitors. Everything new concerning frozen foods, ice cream and technology is presented.
