Saucisses with potatoes and grilled vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 Mekkafood Saucisses
  • 450 grams grilled vegetables (coarsely chopped: eggplant, zucchini, yellow, red and green bell pepper and onion)
  • 1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges or cubes
  • 10 grams parsley, finely chopped
  • 10 grams chives, finely chopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan or wok and heat the frozen vegetables for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly. At the same time, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until they are golden brown. While the vegetables and potatoes are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small frying pan. Bake the Saucisses in this for 10 minutes, until they are nicely browned. Finally, add the fresh herbs to the potatoes. Serve per person 1 Saucis, 250 grams of potatoes and about 100 grams of grilled vegetables.
