Also delicious with mint-lime yogurt sauce. To do this, grate the zest of a lemon and then squeeze the lemon, catching the juice. Finely chop 1 handful of mint leaves. Put 250ml natural yogurt in a bowl, add the lemon juice, the grated zest, the mint and, if you like, black pepper. Let it rest for a while in the fridge and then enjoy on the lahmacun!
