Mexican Style Wraps
Craving an easy wrap with a Mexican twist? With our Chicken Tenders, corn, bell pepper, and cheddar, you can serve up a hearty wrap in no time. Finish it off with chipotle or salsa sauce for an extra kick.
Ingrediënten
- 1 box of Mekkafood Chicken Tenders
- 6 tortilla wraps
- 150 grams of corn
- 50 grams of cheddar cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Optional: nachos
- Chipotle / Salsa sauce
Bereidingswijze
- Bake the Chicken Tenders in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes. Alternatively, they can be deep-fried for 8 minutes.
- Warm the wraps for one minute in the preheated oven or microwave after the Chicken Tenders are ready.
- Spread the wraps with a chipotle or salsa sauce and fill them with the Chicken Tenders, corn, and diced red bell pepper. Finally, top with a few slices of cheddar cheese. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
