Halve the burger buns and prepare two beef burgers according to the packaging instructions. Before the beef burger is placed on the bun, brush it with a generous spoon of hummus. Then put a few leaves of lettuce on top, pour the beef burger and then the relish made from onions and harissa over it.
How to prepare the relish: Fry the onions lightly brown in butter or oil. Then add sugar, paprika and harissa and cook for another minute. Possibly add a little more water.
