Nuggy salad
This hearty salad featuring Mekkafood Nuggy’s or Spicy Nuggy’s combines a crispy bite with fresh, creamy flavors. Avocado, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, and a honey-mustard dressing round it all out for a delicious, filling meal.
Ingrediënten
- 12 Mekkafood Nuggy's/Spicy Nuggy's
- 300g mixed salad greens
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 tbsp honey-mustard dressing
Bereidingswijze
- Prepare the Mekkafood (Spicy) Nuggy's according to the package instructions.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado. Cut the turkey bacon into strips and fry in a pan without oil until golden brown.
- Place the mixed salad greens in a bowl and top with the Nuggy’s and the chopped vegetables.
- Finish with the turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, and honey-mustard dressing.
