- 500g Mekkafood Nuggy’s
- 8 sweet potatoes
- 40g lamb's lettuce
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- Mayonnaise
- Applesauce
Bereidingswijze
- Prepare the Mekkafood Nuggy’s according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the sweet potatoes into strips.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil and salt. Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Slice the red onion into half-rings and chop the cucumber. Toss with the lamb's lettuce in a bowl.
- Serve the Nuggy’s with the sweet potato fries, salad, mayonnaise, and applesauce.
