Adana Kebab wraps

  • 350g Mekkafood Adana Kebab
  • 4 wraps
  • 1 (red) onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • Small bunch of parsley and cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ajvar
  • Aioli

Prepare the Adana Kebab as per pack instructions. Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat and cook the onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add the ajvar and the finely chopped parsley and cilantro and let it simmer for a few minutes. In the meantime, heat the wraps as per pack instructions. Place the wraps on two plates and spread each with the sauce mixture. Top with the Adana Kebab, Aioli and if you prefer, a squeeze of lemon juice. Roll up and serve.
